what's shared here often comes from a vulnerable place >> treat it with care. don't share private messages, personal information, or anything that violates someone else's confidentiality

stay on topic
use moods, tags, and themes thoughtfully to help others understand and connect with your experience. spam, unrelated promotions, or off-topic content don't belong on ambys

uplift, don't
shame everyone copes differently – avoid criticizing how others process or express their feelings

hate speech or content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics

violence & gore
threats, glorification of violence, or graphic/scary content meant to disturb others

suicide & self-harm
content that encourages, glorifies, or promotes self-harm or suicide — including jokes or suggestions directed at others

illegal activity
content that promotes or facilitates illegal actions (e.g. scams, fraud, coordinated spam)

illicit substances content that promotes or encourages illegal drug use

impersonation pretending to be someone else or creating fake profiles to deceive others

misinformation intentionally spreading false or misleading information as fact

spam & trolling obnoxious spamming, repeated unwanted content, or behavior meant to provoke or disrupt the space

unapproved promotion excessive or unapproved marketing, ads, or promotions from outside brands

non-consensual nudity sharing private or explicit images without consent

ambys maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). these standards apply to everyone using ambys, everywhere in the world. ambys is an 18+ service and is not intended for children.

what is strictly prohibited

any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor

child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — photos, video, drawings, or AI/computer-generated imagery

grooming, sextortion, or attempting to solicit, arrange, or facilitate sexual contact with a minor

sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM or to means of obtaining it

reporting child safety concerns
if you see content or behavior that may endanger a minor, you can report it directly inside the app: tap the “report” option available on any profile, post, or message. you can also contact us at support@ambys.app.

how we respond
when we become aware of CSAE or CSAM on ambys, we act promptly: we remove the content, ban the responsible account, and preserve relevant information as required by law.

compliance with child safety laws ambys complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant national or regional authority.
